Hello sweet friend,

What a joy it is to write to you again, and what a journey this new endeavour has been.

Something that people don’t often tell you is that living your dream isn’t always dreamy. The vision to start something that you prayed would bring more impact to others than to your pockets could be a challenge and at times feel pointless. I found it’s important to know that though the blessings in our lives may feel too big for us and the expectations can at times be overwhelming, we serve a God that’s able to sustain us and who is far greater than what may concern us.

If you aren’t familiar with my brand, or business it’s to spark joy and spread hope through every avenue God leads me to. Coffee happens to be one of my special ways of doing that. If I am able to pass you a strong bag of delicious coffee, or write you words that remind you of the strength and everlasting joy found in a relationship with Jesus Christ, I am satisfied and so happy!

There is a certain beat in your step when you walk to the rhythm of grace. Something I am constantly learning is that when you’re walking through every door with The Lord, nothing is ever ordinary, in fact you see that every step that you take, or every sacrifice you make is a stepping stone not just to your business goal but to deep joy and divine doors!


Philippians 4:11-13
“For I have learned to be content whatever the circumstances. I know what it is to be in need, and I know what it is to have plenty. I have learned the secret of being content in any and every situation, whether well fed or hungry, whether living in plenty or in want. I can do all this through him who gives me strength.”

As I look at this scripture I think back on all the challenges that rise in my life, and how my response was never about what I had, but WHO I had. I know it could be hard to grasp at times but the truth is when you have Christ, you will always have all you need, and you will become all you could ever hope or dream. There is no such thing as lack, when you’ve tasted and seen the goodness of The Lord! It’s an encouragement I want you to always hold onto, that in every situation, whether that’s in the highest point or the lowest- you would embrace the love of God and rise in His strength and power, because that’s when you experience miracle after miracle, and wonder after wonder. Contentment in The Lord isn’t just for a moment, it’s for a lifetime!

Here are some key takeaways I learned on this journey thus far;
God is the one who brings favour and success to those who do everything with a pure heart.
Look at your why and encourage yourself even when nobody is encouraging you. Continue to step out on faith because when you do you are sure to step into grace.
Failing doesn’t exist in God’s eyes, it may in the eyes of man, but in God’s eyes your failures could be turned to faith. When you feel you messed up, God will lead you to His Master plan! Your downfall isn’t your landing; it’s your trampoline, a place you are guaranteed to spring up from. It’s my prayer that you would always rise and rejoice, and even when you feel low or don’t know which way to go, God would catch you and create new things in you.

My mission with my coffee business was always to serve others what The Lord has graciously served me– a cup full of blessings, and a promise of greater joy. The kind of joy that never runs empty, but instead would run over and bring everyone hope. I pray that as you read my words today it brings strength to your soul, and reminds you that on this journey because you have Him, you will surely have joy!
